my pedicure nails being half painted horrible craftsmanship gel polish started peeling on day 3 and rhinestones fell off they tried to super glue the polish down and told me not to complain I front of other clients they aren't charging to glue the polish down it was the worst Mani Pedi ever never going back

I used to be a patron of this establishment when I was in high school. Today, in a pinch for time, I thought it would be a good idea to stop by because of its proximity to where I needed to be next. I decided to get a quick polish change for my toes. However, this turned out to be the worst service experience I have ever had at a nail salon in Jackson, Mississippi.
When I walked in, one attendant started my service, but then a second customer walked in behind me and a new attendant took over. I was concerned because I did not see either of the attendants washing their hands or sanitizing the equipment between clients. This is a huge issue for me. I finished my service and quickly left. I paid my bill, but I will never go back to that establishment again. Their lack of hygiene and cleanliness standards is unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking an appointment or stopping in for a quick service.

Nails turned out beautiful ❤️ the nail tech was nice, just scared me some because she kept looking around while using her drill on my nail and I was scared she would cut my cuticle. In which she did once, because I think she had it turned up to fast.

Worst pedicure ever! I had to fight off flies and was given a dirty towel for my legs. The water bag was ripped, and the technician was distracted, chatting with another client before doing the same to me. I had to repeatedly ask for proper cuticle removal, and my toenail was cut crookedly. He refused to fix it with a trim and used a file instead. There was scrub residue left on my legs, and he used paper towels between my toes. The staff was unpleasant and acted like they were doing me a favor. Avoid this place at all costs.

I love Jimmy and he does an awesome job on my pedicures; however, I would prefer it be a little cleaner.

why is this business still running! i didn’t read any reviews cause i did a quick walk-in today for acrylics and pedi no chip but seeing them now it would’ve been a timesaver to read them beforehand! my pedi was alright but when it came time to do my acrylics the lady first didn’t listen to what i wanted so 1) used the wrong red 2) dismissed my request for almond shape and did coffin instead before i had to explain i don’t want it so she obviously had to change it, and; 3) she HIT MY HAND WITH THE NAIL FILE cause apparently i “wouldn’t stop moving”…. the city really needs to shut this place down! it’s so horrible id give 0 stars if i could!!

It’s not exceptionally clean, and the pedicure that I got has polish all over my cuticles. They badger you to tip and charge top dollar for what I would consider below average work.

I had a manicure and pedicure nails and my gel nails peeled off in a week. My toes looked as if I had not visited a nail shop in a year. They looked bad and cuticles were damaged by excessive snipping and chopping and nails weren't filed as they should've. Lately I've been unhappy with service and pricing. I received service from you all on 6/18/2022 it is now only 6/27/2022 . I was visiting from Atlanta. I returned home two days ago ,and two of my fingernails are falling off and all of the others are cracking around the cuticles . I had to get my toenails redone at another a salon . I paid a total of $100 for this. I’m very disappointed and feel cheated . I trusted this establishment and it was rushed . I’d like a refund or some sort of compensation for my time and having to pay to get both my toes and nails redone .Services: Acrylic nails

One star for wanting to get paid. My wife went to Magic Nails to get her nails and toes done and it was a very bad experience they were rude and very unprofessional point blank they don't do magic to nails they ruined them on the picture I submitted her nails were suppose to be coffin shape with the color ombré the color was not correct and the shape and was off so now I have to pay for her to get them done correctly because she will not feel anything but amazing if I have a say so

Do not recommend!!! Nail tech was very rough with my fingers which caused my cuticles to look terrible, skin scratching and peeling. After one day it looked worst than it did after it was finished! I was highly upset because I wanted my nails to look nice for prom! Not to end up with peeled skin, scratches, scabs, and terrible work! Also didn’t use clean tools!!! That’s disgusting!! Used dirty tools on me and cut me with it!! Let’s hope I don’t catch an infection or there will be a law suit :)Services: Waxing

I have never received such bad service at a nail salon!! Waste your money if you want to!! The lady in there did not treat my daughter, normyself fairly!! Pedicure was poor poor poor!!! I had to ask her to work on my daughter's feet!! She thought she was just going to let her feet sit in room temperature water and call it a pedicure!! Even after I asked her kindly to service us, we still got poor poor service!! The lady apologized so I felt our experience would get better, so I let her continue on to our manicure...bad choice!!!..It didn't get better!!! I regret paying $118.00 to thisbusiness, but most of all I regret bringing my daughter in to this experience!! Thinking back, I should've stopped her and walked out, but I was caught off guard!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!EVER!!!Services: Manicures
