I sent this shop aa message to ask them about pedicures for diabetics but never got a response from their website. I took the chance to still go by because of the reviews online. I got there and there was a sign hanging on the window by appointment only that wasn't on the website. I went in to ask about the pedicure and was told I couldn't be seen without the appointment. I was very disappointed with the outcome of the visit to Nancy's. And the BY APPOINTMENT ONLY should stand out on the website.

I started going here because my husband randomly chose this place to purchase a gift certificate for either my birthday or Christmas years ago…I’ve been going ever since! I love the personal one-on-one experience you get due to making appointments - there’s no crowd of walk-in’s waiting to get a random technician. Also, I love all the technicians there, but I absolutely love Sandy! She has a mild, professional, yet fun, personality. She knows how to both engage in good conversation as well as let the client just sit back in silence and enjoy the experience. I especially love this, because I’m not always a talker. Depending on the day, sometimes, I want to enjoy the experience in silence, and Sandy does well to pick up on this.

Worst Pedi ever and this is probably my first negative review ever… I’m a fair person, so I give the good, the bad, and the ugly. I chose this location because it was close to my house. I have had many Mani and pedis over the years, but as stated before, this was the worst ever. I made an appointment online the day before so they knew I was coming as I didn’t call to cancel. When I arrived, the water wasn’t ready, they were hesitant to greet me, but finally the tech did, and when she put the water in the basin it was was barely tepid, there were no jets, and it was just an overall bad experience. The tech acted like she was new or in training, she didn’t do a quality job and my nails were cut unevenly and although I only got a clear coat, it started peeling a few days later revealing that the cuticles weren’t done well either. I was recovering from surgery and couldn’t do my feet myself so I went in for what I thought would be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. They were only given one star for convenience of location. I will probably go back, but I would definitely get another tech to see if somebody else knows what they’re really doing. The overall vibe wasn’t that great, but then you get what you pay for.

Always a good time. My husband gets his feet done, bc I don't do feet. I am always overjoyed by my nails when I leave. My teenager and 8 and 5 year old are always happy when they are able to get a mani-pedi.

My masseuse, Kathy, did a phenomenal job. Possibly one of the best massages I’ve ever had! She’s really personable and the atmosphere was perfect. I highly recommend getting a massage here.
