'She ain't what she used to be!'. As of today (3/5/24) If you need Cross or Parker ballpoint ink refills, you'll need to order them. The refill kiosks have been relatively bare for over a month now.

They always have what I need and I love the mobile feature where I can place and order online and just go in and pick up. I'm always greeted upon entering and asked if I need assistance when I'm browsing.
