We love Old Navy! Great chain store. Always great deals at Old Navy and they always have something for the whole family. But this location is no good. Not safe. Don't like leaving our car unattended in Jackson. County Line area used to be so great too! Man did it go down hill quickly!
You know if Old Navy would relocate 5 miles North, I bet Old Navy would quadruple their sales and cut their shop lifting losses by the same as well. For safety reasons we don't shop this location.

I don't know if it was just my imagination, but it felt like one of the associates was following me around the store. I went in to buy a few pairs of jeans, but that quickly changed. When I entered, I wasn't greeted, and as I walked around, one of the associates came out from behind the register and stood by the shirt display, pretending to fold clothes. I didn't think much of it at first.
As I continued to browse the wall section for my size in jeans, I noticed her reappearing. At this point, I started to feel uneasy. I kept looking for jeans and wandered around the store more, and I would catch her glancing at me from the corner of my eye. When I made my way to the front counter near the swimwear, she appeared again, pretending to adjust the dresses on the rack.
Then, I put the jeans I had been looking at back on the rack and left the store. It was strange; no matter where I turned, she would be right there! I will not be returning to this location anytime soon

Twice I have ordered online for store pick up and waited days for it to be fulfilled. Both times I gave up and called and cancelled my order.

This is far the best experience I've had in a Old Navy, there was a young lady who help me patiently she went step by step in helping me order online. She was putting out stock I'm sorry I didn't get her name BUT when I got to the register Cedric demonstrate PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO, THE BEST, hands down to both of these employees for knowing how to treat people, I've never got that type of service at Dogwood. This was 11/21/23 around noon!!!
