Went into the store this last Thursday to pick up a 60 gallon breeder tank I ordered online. They have great prices for tanks when they do the 50% off sale. However, all the tanks on the fish wall were in horrendous condition. The salt water tanks had black mold everywhere, and the freshwater tanks had dead fish in every single one. Some laying on the bottom, and a bunch just sucked onto the filter intakes. I told the employee at the register, and it was obvious they couldn't care less.
Absolutely disgusting, and why I will never support them in their live animal sales.

I honestly wish that I can give below one star. I come to the store quite often but today I was in the store checking out. The guy that checked me out was very, very, very rude. When I greeted him, he had this really bad attitude and I asked him are you OK? He said nothing then I give him my money he snatched the money from my hand. Honestly, I’ve been to the store before and I’ve seen how he interacts with other races that are not black and it’s totally different and I told him that had I been another race Maybe he would’ve treated me better and he said with such a snarky remark maybe so AND he was a black guy. He always has a really bad attitude every time I come in there if you want me to continue to shop there, you should get better people with better customer service just hands-down

This is a horrible groomer the groomer Mellisa H. was rough with my dog making her uncomfortable. My dog was going every 2 weeks until her rough housing. She was also very rude to me when I first walked in repeating her self 5x as if I am deaf. Please find another groomer people.

Awful experience, went to return an item that harmed my pet and was told they couldn't look up my receipt since I bought it at another location. I know this is a lie because I worked at petco and we looked up receipts all the time from other stores. He was just being lazy and now I have to drive all the way to Madison when I live in jackson. I can tell you right now petsmart in jackson will be getting all of my money from now on.

Do not take your dog here to get groomed. My dog has been getting groomed with no problems until he came here. Kristine injured my dog and tried to downplay it. This is unacceptable.

I will be reporting how extremely unethical it was that the new Merchandising Operations Leader is boasting about how they cleared the last staff out. It came off extremely unprofessional and unethical. Considering that the last staff was mostly African American Descent Those were extremely hard worker and what was done to them was not right. This is disgusting and I will be pushing forward with my complaint. Something has to be done about how terrible this location is. I will never shop here again! Something extremely racist is going on at this location! I have proof of the boasting and will send it to HR.

The last 2 time I've been here I've had a bad experience. The employees I've dealt with had no clue what they were doing , no knowledge . Today the employee tried to charge me $40.00 for a $10.00 fish he had no idea what the fish was and insinuated that I didn't either. I've been in the hobby for 30 years I'm no beginner

Ricky assisted me in the store and went above and beyond. He has a great attitude and was willing to answer all of my questions. He also verified what we were purchasing to make sure that we had exactly what we needed. It was a pleasure being assisted by him.
