Took my short hair pup there this morning. According to them there is a 30 minute grace period but we stood there waiting for 25 minutes for them to check 2 other dogs in. When I get on the inside the lady says we will have to reschedule because u are late. Mind you I’ve been in the store waiting for them to check these other dogs in for 25 minutes. My appointment was at 8 we waited for a little bit for them to check the other dogs in (until 8:34 because I have a pic of my son bein silly in the store with the time stamp) then when they finished I took my pup up there it was 8:41 she lies and says “it’s 9:00 you will have to reschedule” literally almost an entire week out.……brought my pup here last month they gave her something that had her sick for a week….before that she had so much hair flying off of her in chunks I had to take her to another groomer. Needless to say we will not be returning to this hit or miss groomer.

Grooming department is a joke. Canceled an appointment without saying a word, and then when we showed up offered to "Take him anyway since were already there." We ended up leaving because of all of the red flags. The groomer had no idea what they were talking about. I have a ten week old poodle puppy I wanted a feet, face, and sanitary trim as well as his legs taken down shorter so that they wouldn't mat while house training. They kept saying it was an upcharge for doodles (He is a standard poodle) and that they'd have to scalp him to remove the mats that he didn't have. I was a groomer for years and bush him religiously with the proper tools. I wanted him trimmed to PREVENT mats from happening, not because he had mats which they didn't even look at him to see that he was not matted. Just told me it would be extra because he was a doodle (Even after I corrected them.) And that they charged an extra fee for demating (When he wasn't going to be dematted. Just trimmed so matting wouldn't be an issue later.) This is a tiny puppy as well not a grown dog. You typically don't do full haircuts on poodle puppies. I don't know who runs this department but it must have been a bunch of groomer trainees or something since not a single one of them knew how to groom a poodle or apparently even knew what one looked like. I listened to my guy and left. Don't recommend them at all.

Pets Mart are ok I mean I got my niece a hamster from the a year ago and Jake still kicking I wish they had MORE SMALL ANIMALS vets that can help cut his toenails or anyone who hand a hamster
