“I discovered through my tracking number I had put the wrong return address when I made an online order.Therfore, when the carrier attempted to deliver the pckg they could not find the address bc there was no such number.I want to thank the clerks, the supervisors and the mail carriers at the Northview stationfor locating my pckg which was a birthday gift for a very special person.I don't think the public understands the process the mail goes through to end up in our mailbox.I now have a greater respect for what the postal employees are doing. I commend them for their efforts and the same goes for the employees at the Delta station.Thank you,Mrs. SThank you,Mrs. G”

“Every time I come into this post office, I have a great experience. Lines can get long based on what time you go which is reasonable. The employees have always been personable, helpful, and quick in my experience.”

“This is the absolute best post office. The employees are always very nice and very helpful. They are thorough and explain things patiently to customers. They operate extremely efficiently. I have never had to wait for services. They always tell me the best way to mail my items in order to get the best price. Additionally, the whole facility is always very neat and clean.”

“Ms. Phillis’s service is the best experience and is the best clerk and manager the postal service has!! Everyone that has a problem with her attitude and left a bad review is just Karen’s that can’t get their way. In the three years I have lived here and had my PO Box here she has been great. The post office is not a place to let your kids run around as the manager she is responsible for making sure no one gets hurt. Your kid running around knocking stuff off the shelves so someone else can trip on it is dangerous. If your kid knocks over something and you are too lazy to pick it up then she has to stop doing her job helping people to clean up your mess. As the postal service was required by the CDC to post the 6ft signs and post another sign telling you that you have to wear a mask and stand 6ft apart. If you can’t read and follow directions she will tell you about yourself. Packages go through a machine and if your package isn’t packed correctly then not only do you risk your package getting lost you also risk it getting damaged. I can say in my all my years of online ordering I have had several packages lost or damaged and I can say that no even one has been in the last three years at this post office. I work 8:30am to 5pm and so I wasn’t having to rush in and rush out Ms. Phillis went above and beyond by having me print and sign a card to put on file so they can scan my packages delivered so I can pick my packages up before or after hours without having to wait for the post office to open or have to stand in line. Ms. Phillis runs a tight ship and if you Karen’s can’t follow rules then you need to go to another post office. Ms. Phillis knows what she is doing she’s been doing this job for over 35 years. As far as cell phones go, their system is old because face it the postal service never updates anything so yeah just like your cell phone messes with old radios and air planes it messes with their system too!! Just be respectful, stand on the floor dot with your mask on, put the cell phone down, put your kids in check, and properly package your item and you will never have a problem!!! AKA STOP BEING A KAREN!!!!”
