Used this company when i was moving into my home. They continued to bill my account after I was moved out in April. This is not a good business. I have called for over 3 months and no one can give me answers or issued refund for the money. Constantly being told will have someone call me back. Be cautions.

It was easy to rent a unit. The place is very clean and the numbers are on the building so you can find it. Customer service is excellent.

Gate wouldn’t opened. Never had a chance to get in unit. Requested a refund. Don’t use. People have gotten locked in as well as out. They need to repair gate.

After renting a U-Haul to move my mother’s items we got to the storage unit where the code to the gate did not work. We called a representative that gave us several other codes that did not work. She would not put a supervisor or a tech on the phone. She advised us to come back tomorrow. I explained I couldn’t keep the U-Haul until tomorrow. We finally asked for a refund in which she said it would be up to 3 weeks This was a waste of time and money.

Excellent transaction from start finish. The reason for 4 stars is because it is a poorly designed facility which makes the gate extremely difficult to enter and exit with a trailer. Might even make me consider not using this facility because of this as it is almost impossible to maneuver without damaging your vehicle or trailer. A few gate issues with the code but customer service was reasonable with response.

I ask about the storage size & she ask what size I needed I stated that I need one big enough to put my bedroom set, living room set & kitchen set in she said ok but one I made it there it was only big enough to for my living set & bed only

Tight squeeze getting in and out with a trailer. Everything else has been perfect.
