Been banking with Regions since 2015, but as soon as no pending transactions are left I'm closing my account. Several times I've been unable to access my own money because of banking errors not my own fault. Most recently I had used the in app photo deposit and it wouldn't go through, even though another check went through right before it, and when I took the check to a physical Regions location to deposit, I was told that because I endorsed it like the app said to ie "this is only for electronic deposit for Regions" that they couldn't deposit it. This particular location has 20+ minute lines in the lobby every time I go.
