Worst bank ever and I’m not talking about the different branches I’m talking about Regions period. They show you an available balance when that’s not what you actually have. I used to watch my available balance very closely since that’s what determines if I’m going to buy something else or if I need to hold off till my next check but regions would let those pending charges stay on your account till you have no more money left then they would post the charge . It’s almost as if they purposely do it so in the end you end up owing the bank. Every check I was -200 -300. Get with a credit union. They’re the best and they look out for you!!!

I have NEVER been to a bank that wanted to charge for a cashiers check when they didn't have larger denominations of MY money for withdrawal. At this Northside Drive Branch of Regions Bank in Jackson, MS, I was told it had to be given in small bills or I would have to pay for an Official Check since they could honor my request in smaller denominations. Another branch, in the past, accommodated my needs by providing me with a courtesy cashiers check rather than jeopardize my safety with small bills. I am disappointed in the poor service that was rendered at this branch. I will not pay for my own money and it is an insult to be asked to do so. If large withdrawals are common during this time of the year, the branch, being a financial institution, should be able to accommodate customers' requests. After all, safety is the reason we entrust our money with them. I'm disappointed with such unnecessary inconvenience!
