Tire was expensive and only lasted inflated for one day never will come again if I don’t have too they don’t even check if tire is leaking before they put it on nor tight lug nuts with a breaker bar

I pulled up to get a tire patch the customer service was okay until the guy came out bald-headed Popeyes, very unprofessional he didn't plug my tire in the beginning got home the tires back on flat so I pulled up a day later upon going home never got back in the vehicle the tire on flat I pulled back up to let them know what was going on he looked at me crazy like I was in the wrong but I hate I gave him a tip because he didn't do any
thing but plug a hole that wasn't there very rude guy I'll never go back there for anything he don't deserve no kind of tip his attitude is very rude he has no customer service skills at all everyone else , great service

The short bald African American OLDER Guy That works there (there’s only one) currently seems to be in charge now and is just as RUDE AS CAN BE! Talk about being a genuine tipper, he couldn’t get one red cent outta me. When I pulled up he looked at me with an attitude to begin with and he wasn’t even going to be servicing me. The gentleman that were servicing me were very kind very helpful very quick . The rude short bald older man didn’t touch my car! And had the nerve to walk over and DEMAND the money from me like I wasn’t a paying customer. I of course told him about himself and proceeded to tip the other employees that actually did a good job and had customer service. I also believe he took the tip from them when I was pulling off. I will not be going back. If you just don’t have any options..I recommend getting service from ANYONE else that works there except the older short African American bald guy. If you ever visit and he’s there you’ll know him immediately.

Robinson Road Location is Terrible..Unprofessional..Ultimately down right rude..Done business before and it wasn’t perfect…However, yesterday June 27, 2023 I was angry enough to fight…Gentleman was highly disrespectful and lamented: “Our Doors Won’t Close.”..I would walk before I spend another dime there…Ever and that doesn’t mean much..This place is definitely a direct reflection of why not to do business in Jackson and ESPECIALLY with BLACKS and I am BLACK..SAD!

Charged me $55 to put two tires on. I was told to take my blown tire with me or be charged $5 more. But They kept my other tire they took off. I assume it was in good shape. I will never go to this tire shop again!
