Austin was an amazing salesperson and made sure I understood everything every step of the way. The entire environment at Ritchey Automotive is very welcoming. The managers Chad and John even came out to introduce themselves and make sure I had everything I need. If you want a friendly environment and a great deal then I would definitely recommend you getting your next vehicle from Ritchey Automotive!

It was a truly great experience working with the guys here to purchase my first vehicle. Nate was awesome in helping guide me through the entire process and Chad definitely help seal the deal. Ms. C was a wealth of knowledge.

Very poor quality service, swindlers to the public. VW DEPT. should be shame, they lied about servicing, and tried to sell me another one. David was very unprofessional and rude.

Absolutely do not take your car here for any kind of service. Car was broken into and all of my speakers along with other items were stolen ( see pics ). Dealership claimed no responsibility whatsoever. Also told me I signed a paper stating that they are not responsible for items being stolen , but I never signed anything because the car was towed there ( tow truck driver didn’t sign anything ). AND they can’t prove that there was a signature ( because it don’t exist ). General manager stated “it’s the world we live in” when confronted about the situation. I have did research and many people are going through the same situation with their car being broken into. The technicians took my car apart for NO REASON ( see pics ) .. all they were suppose to do was run a diagnostic check on my car. The city of Jackson isn’t any help in this situation as well. Definitely feels like this is an inside job because my doors ( like other peoples’ cars ) were left unlocked and that made it easy access for people to steal whatever. They told me there are no cameras NOWHERE at the facility, who df has a European car lot with no cameras? SEVERAL cars are broken into, ramshacked, and items stolen every week. Management doesn’t care because it’s not their vehicles that’s involved. I really hope they shut this place down. You have been warned people. Ritchey automotive is a joke.

The Audi service department is a joke..Appointment was at 8 and we waited over 3 hours for an oil change.. The service advisor avoids eye contact to keep from doing her job!! This is highly unacceptable!! PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! This is the WORST customer service I’ve EVER experienced!!!

Horrific service. I have had a simple service issue, misdiagnosed by Ritchey Land Rover service department multiple times.Complicating matters is the fact I have called DOZENS of times to the Land Rover service department over the last 3 months and have received only 3 calls back, none over the last 2 weeks in regards to my inquiries.This isn’t complicated. 2 small parts (see attached picture) need to be replaced, but they are incompetent and incapable of doing so, and furthermore, unprofessional in their efforts (or lack thereof) at communicating their shortcomings.Adding insult to injury is that they had my vehicle for 2 hours in October and 4 hours in November and couldn’t diagnose the cruise control camera being off-angle, but a small mom and pop windshield company in Monroe, LA (where I live) figure it out in 15 minutes and repaired it free of charge.Do NOT use Ritchey Automotive if you can avoid it.Adding insult to injury is that Land Rover North America has conveyed to me on two separate occasions that this dealerships service department is “a recurring problem” and that even they cannot get the service department to call me back.I love the vehicle, but Ritchey Automotive’s Land Rover Service Department is simply a nightmare. Lawrence Porter is AMAZING!!! I’ve been waiting a long time on my vehicle to be able to be ordered and to come in, and Lawrence has been so very patient with me. He has kept me updated each time I asked, and I’m sure that was no easy task! Lawrence has a lifelong customer now, and I will refer everyone to him!! He’s the BEST!

My car has been at Ritchey automotive since January 2022 and my car is still there as of September 2022. Customer service has been terrible. My car is just parked there sitting out facing all the various changes in the weather when it is actually a garaged kept vehicle. I have called once a week since January to get updates on my vehicle and I have been given various excuses. No one calls to follow-up or check-in occasionally. The most recent excuse is the lack of techs and a place to service it while only one other car is being serviced as of now. The other vehicle can't be removed from the rack because they found out it needs more parts and they need to keep the other one free. So if my vehicle has been there since January then I take it the one before mine has been there since last Spring. I expressed my concerns about everything and they just simply told me be glad you have a loaner to drive because a lot of others don't. There's still no projected time-frame and yes the car note still has to be paid. Given the fact that I run a business that requires a larger vehicle, I am being really inconvenienced by renting another vehicle to make sure my business stays a float. If I could give less than one star I would. The service department needs an overhaul and reading some of the other reports we have all experienced the same issues.

I left a message on a service advisor’s phone Monday at 11am, stating the need to schedule an appointment to service my Range Rover. Her message stated that she would get back with me at her earliest convenience. It has been 72 hours, and she still hasn’t called me back. I guess it hasn’t been convenient.

I recently brought a 2018 Audi A 5. My Salesmen Gus Cabrera greeted me when I pulled into the lot. He was very professional and knew a lot about the Audis. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the features of the cars. We test drove a few until I found the one I wanted. Gus was very easy going and not pushy. He wanted the car I wanted and we achieved that. Ritchey Automotive has a huge selection of cars to pick from and I will definitely be back in the future.

I recently bought my 2018 GMC Yukon Denali from Gus Cabrera here at Ritchey Automotive. It was probably the best experience I’ve had at a car dealership. Everything went so smooth and they were not pushy at all. Go see Gus and he will get you into the right vehicle without all of the pushy sales gimmicks. Would go to him again.

Do not bring your car over here for repair. My car was here 1 month and the repairs were still not made. My left signal light was not repaired and my dad had to fix it for. I could have have caused an accident or got a ticket for this. My air conditioner was not repaired properly and it was leaking. This caused an alarm to sound off loudly inside my vehicle. Almost $3,000 was spent for repairs on my vehicle that were not made. The head repair guy is rude, old, and angry. Again do not bring your vehicle over here to this dealership. They have incompetent shade tree mechanics over there.

I will say the sales experience was pleasant but that is where it stopped. We have never had a pleasant experience and the current experience has not been better. They have had our Land Rover over 10 months and each time we call or stop no one seems to know what's going on. I would be fine if we were to get a straight answer but to be strung along for almost a year has not only turned me away from Ritchie, but from Audi and Land Rover as well. I am looking forward to stopping by the dealership today to see what story they will have today
