I would not recommend anyone to patronize this business! The owner's wife and daughter, Nicole, both have an attitude and are not the friendliest. The last straw was over hearing her yell at a customer about them changing their mind about some ketchup! Their products are often overpriced and the dad will overcharge if you don't watch him! This location gives black businesses a bad name/reputation!! Please don't shop here unless you have strong patience and understanding.

This location ALWAYS has the worst Customer Service. The owner's daughter often sits behind the counter and looks MAD. Maybe if she would smile and welcome customers into her fathers store, she may think her face may CRACK. When you bring issues up to the owner's daughter regarding service, she talks over you and never listens to the customer. Maybe she thinks she can do this because her father owns the store. The store is dirty, dusty, needs to be clean and remodeled. The other employees don't look happy and seldom have a welcoming smile. I have never seen the staff cleaning and dusting the shelves. The counter, register and objects on the counter are dusty and nasty. I would think more than a hundred times before eating any cooked foods here. The store if nasty, can you imagine what the kitchen looks like. Who is holding staff accountable for great customer service and a clean environment for customers to enter and purchase goods. Management needs to invest in a Customer Service Specialist to educate the staff and management team on how to improve the experience of customers that enter the store. I believe management has taken the people in this neighborhood for granted and think they can ignore customers, provide horrible customer service, a nasty environment and expect them to continue to come back. Hmmm we do have options.

Will not ever patronize Paradise Hawaiian Shaved Ice ever again. The flavors are horrible, the service is mediocre and the ownership is as bad as it gets. The area at and around the building is filthy and if you look on the inside the floors in the inside are too, this place should be shut down with a quickness. Maybe I need to make that recommendation to the health department.
