This Sport Clips location consistently delivers excellent service—something that’s increasingly rare to find. The MVP Haircut, complete with a relaxing wash, remains my go-to choice every time.

Had checked in on the app before I arrived at the store. After having sat for a few minutes the heavy set female barber called out names with a completely angry/disgusted look on her face. The gentleman sitting next to me said he hoped she wasn’t going to be cutting his hair. (I don’t understand the attitude—if you’re so miserable and angry, get another job)
The lady who cut my hair cut 1/2 my sideburns off (and not even on both sides) without asking me. She said “I never ask” maybe that’s the problem—so she’s giving the haircut she wants to give and not what the customer wants. Hmmmm.
I understand why there’s only 1 Sports Clips left in the area now.

Walked in at 4:25 they said they were done for the day. Several sitting in the chairs on phones. No customers in the store Very unprofessional.

Diamond at the Sports Clips Flowood location did an outstanding job on my 5-year-old son’s haircut—and at a fantastic price! Every barber we've tried before has missed the mark and completely messed his hair up, but Diamond got it exactly right, just as I requested. We checked in online, so there was barely any wait. From arrival to finish, we were out in just 19 minutes. Diamond was professional, friendly, and showed exceptional skill and customer service toward both my son and me. I highly recommend Diamond at Sports Clips! Thank you again!

I have 3 boys ages 5 and 6 (twins) and I like to take all 3 at the same time. They usually get the same cut. Online check in and walk-in is convenient for us. But the last two times we visited this location have been terrible. The first issue was when my kids were through getting their hair cut I paid and tipped the stylists. Then as I was getting in the car noticed blood on my 6 year old's neck and face. He had several nics. But why was one on his face? The stylist was not being very careful with her clippers. But I know these things happen and I wasn't really upset or anything. When I got home I received an email asking for feedback. So I gave an honest answer. I then got a phone message asking for more details and pictures of my child. Which I sent. The lady I was speaking with asked for my address so they could send an apology. Which I never received. But, a couple of weeks later I got an email with a voucher for a free MVP cut. So the next time I went to take my kids for their haircut I showed the voucher to the stylist and all three kids got their haircuts. I was expecting to only have to pay for two cuts as I had a voucher for a free cut. But when I checked out the stylist charged me for 3 cuts. I showed her the voucher and she said that one doesn't apply to kid's cuts because it's for an MVP cut which includes a wash. I told her she can wash his hair but I don't want to pay for the third cut because I showed them the voucher when I arrived. If the voucher would not work I should have been informed beforehand. But she insisted I had to pay. Which I did. But I did not tip the stylist this time. I will not be back to this location and I do not recommend this location to others.

Been visiting this and the now closed location from time to time while working in the area. Very friendly staff. Have had a good experience there.
