Everything was stolen,caller said the owner was going to call me never heard from.I truly believe it was an inside job,just what she was trying to suggest who,when no one knew I had put items in storage.I live out of town and she knew that, my payment was made a couple of days before the call and I didn't get a percentage back.She also said the owner will be calling me and still no call.All that being friendly is a trickI would never refer anyone to this location.And who ever stole my items I hope it brought you much happiness.

My experience with the storage company is I had several thousand dollars of equipment stolen out of my storage unit.So don't store anything there. IT'S BAD!!

I had a great experience with Stowaway in Pearl! Clean, secure and well-lit. I had my things in storage for 5 months. When i moved out, all of my laundry still smelled like Gain! Will DEFINITELY be doing business with them again if i ever need to. Ms. Stacy has great customer service and is sweet as pie! Very affordable rates even if you get the insurance! I give an honest 5 stars! Thanks again Ms. Stacy!

My lock was cut off my unit. No one called until 2 weeks later to tell me that my lock had been cut. I had some China and some Star Wars figures that had never been taken out out the boxes stolen. The Star Wars figures were my sons. When I asked about it the girl that works there became very nervous. She acted very suspicious. I filed a police reliever but if coarse I'll never see these again.
