Ms.Odell was very rude. She is unprofessional and does not have a kind heart. I called to inquire about child care. She didn’t even allow me to view the facility! Smh

I called to inquiry about the daycare. The lady was very rude! If you are going to ask for $140 a week then the service needs to be very professional. The tuition fee is $525! If you have a child voucher there’s no point of taking it there!! You are still going to be paying at least $200 out of pocket! That defeats the purpose of a voucher! There’s so many fees, & let’s not get started on the uniforms. They have to wear gold not yellow polo shirt. The shirt has to have the school logo on it. The pants has to be Khaki. For each minute you’re late that’s $5 a minute. So after consideration I decided NOT to send my kids there. I went there asking for her to kindly sign off! She didn’t, & was very rude! I advise I’ll let them know that you aren’t cooperating! Voucher or not I’m still a human, & I work a full time job. However that doesn’t give you a right to belittle or be nasty with someone. Especially when I wasn’t nasty to her! I’m not about to spend my money where it isn’t valued or needed. Don’t waste your time, because if she’s nasty to adults then you know your child/children aren’t EXCLUDED! To the owner YOUR DAY IS COMING! Count your days!

They are VERYYYYY rude. I called inquiring about bringing my children and they had an attitude the entire time. As I’m asking about the prices for registration, she raised her voice telling me I could take my children somewhere else because I wasn’t understanding their registration fees. From that small encounter, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Called to inquire about the daycare and the individual who answered the phone was very RUDE and unprofessional! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone based on that small encounter.
