I have very worse experience about this store and specially a lady (MARIA) who work there have really bad attitude she don’t have a manners to how to talk with people!!!choose other location !!for better experience

Everyone in there was extremely rude the young lady and the guy was having a full conversation about nothing pertaining the job and ignored me after about 5 minutes they looked at me and still didn't say anything so I asked them the question and the guy said customer care and turned around very unprofessional people in that store I will never go there again I wish they had zero stars

I had Sprint service since 2000 there were some issues then service improved. I was looking forward to the Sprint and T-Mobile merger. ever since the change over to T-Mobile the service has been horrible. I upgraded to a new phone and and new T-Mobile sim. The service has deteriorated to the point I can hardly use my phone at times. I could sit it my office and had full service. Now I often have to go outside to use my phone. At home I can't send text messages sometimes. Don't get me wrong they have great people working in the T-Mobile stores. They are awesome and try to help. However the "working on the tower excuse" is getting old. I thought it was my phone but I have to associates that have T-Mobile and have the same service issues. I am at the point where I am ready to cancel my service after over 20 years.

Perhaps a bit unusual, but I'm writing a review of this store to recommend you visit the Ridgeland location on County Line Road. When it comes to this location, it has nothing to do with customer service and everything to do with competency. I learned after the fact several things I had been told about upgrading to a new phone, keeping my old phone number, value of my old phone in a trade-in were simply not accurate.

I am leaving this review and giving this particular store 5 starts. I went to another location in Flowood and let’s just say .. i will never go there again!! The young guy with the braids, i think he was new but he was so nice and accommodating. He listened and anticipated my needs. Although i had to wait a good minute….. it was fine. He gave me exactly what i needed!! Thank you.

Without asking our permission or even talking to us about it, she signed us up and charged us for a subscription to "Protection 360".Our Family plan was also switched, again, without our knowledge or permission.I replied to the email listed in the store owner's response. I will keep updating tgis review.

Rashard is the best. I've been with T-Mobile for years and he has never disappointed me. I upgraded from the Gear S3 to the Galaxy 4.

Except for the ridiculous mask mandate, it was great...we told them we didn't play that game so they came outside and we conducted business. Our rep Rashard was great, professional, courteous, and a great sense of humor. Took about an hour to switch two phones and change over from sprint.

Very nice people but it is WAY too loud. Either the music is too late to hear people talk or employees are yelling or screaming across the room to each other... just lower the music please.
