Manager working Friday night February 21 around 8 pm told one of the male cashiers that valentine candy couldn’t be sold because it was not coming up in the system. From the years I have been going there, this has not happened at all. I believe the manager was lazy and did not want to look up the price and apply the discount. I would think Target wouldn’t hire these types of managers.

This is the best Target in the area! The employees are always so kind and helpful, and the store is always so clean and organized. I go out of my way to go to this Target!

Received the Walmart customer service experience while trying to checkout at 🎯 Target! The lines were long and wrapping; only a handful were open on a very busy Saturday afternoon.

This place is great. Been doing Shipt and Instacart from here for a bit. Have really enjoyed it. They are always well put together in the front with cashiers and customer service agents. They have plenty of stock, even in the holidays. Friendly staff and clean store.

I placed a drive-up order yesterday (12/29) at noon, app said it should be ready within 2 hours but could take 6. At about 6:30 I tried to call 4 times to get an update and no one ever answered the phone, it rang and rang then hung up. It’s now 12/30 at 6:00 again and it’s not ready and still no one will answer. App says I need to pick up by Wednesday but I can’t if it’s not ready!
Edited to 3 stars because I finally got someone to answer and they said the app was not working and the order has been ready. Guy was super nice that I talked to! Just wish someone would’ve answered the phone 2 days ago lol

Target is one of my favorite stores. The store is always clean and they assist the customers in a timely manner. I love this Target because no self check out lines. You are able to actually interact with a pleasant person.

They are always courteous, friendly and expeditious in serving their customers. The store is always clean and welcoming. They usually have what we need. Recommend this location to anyone. Y’all please keep up the great work.

Order pickups have deteriorated significantly. 30+ minute waits make it no longer worth it to shop at this location. Surprised management hasn’t stepped in to try and address it.

The ENTIRE order pick staff is incompetent.
I came to pick up an order and associate came to my car and said he was missing an item.
I checked and the app said there were 3. He came back out still empty handed and told me “check your email, they sent you something”. They cancelled my whole order!!!!!!! All my other items were available. I went into the store to check and see if the 1 item was there. Sure enough 3 were in stock. They are sorry and shouldn’t be working in retail.
