I set an appointment today and no one showed even after we confirmed four times. I was interested in renting but not anymore. Don’t go to this place unless you want your time wasted. I don’t know if it is because I’m black or what

10,0000/10 Highly recommend. Mrs. Beverly is amazing. She heard the need from the tour until move in and delivered flawlessly and efficiently! Everything was smooth and she communicated any updates. She was definitely God sent and I can't thank her enough.

The customer service here is POOR spoke with a gentleman about scheduling a tour. I come to visit for a law school event to consider going to law school and the gentleman kept cutting me off interrupting me would not allow me to ask questions. It’s so disheartening to know this is the face of Jackson.
