I'm not sure if I spoke with one representative or several during thr process of selling my tickets. Omgoodness I was heart broken to be sick on my birthday. I was so excited about the "Scarface" "Hip Hop Reunion Concert". With such amazing tickets I even tried giving them away. I was totally unsuccessful. While looking at my TicketMaster account I realized I could ALSO sell my tickets via TicketMaster. I was totally impressed with how well their service was thought out. It took a little longer than expected to receive my refund. The first refund was processed two or three weeks after the concert. The day the company tried to refund my purchase I had updated my bank account with a new card due to some unknown activity on my account, which was completely unrelated. The TicketMaster message was prompt and courteous in alerting me that funds had been processed but the transaction failed. I was instructed to update my account. I did so by deleting the current payment method and adding another. Again, I was refunded and given a message that the old card could not be processed.Reasonably with the crooked world we live in today, I became suspicious. I responded to the email and surprisingly enough, I got a response from what I had thought was an automated system. This was the 2nd time that I was TOTALLY impressed with this company. Usually it's like pulling teeth contacting companies, especially about refund. It seemed that no sooner than I had emailed, that I got a response. I was advised again to check my account and to update my details. I thought about it again. With such punctual and engaged responses, I figured that I might be the problem. At that point I figured this must be an operator error, and I might be the operator making the error. I checked my account and sure enough, I had only updated my payment method in the "buy ticket" portion not the "sell ticket" portion. I immediately updated my account. TicketMaster had been diligent and concise in their communications that after each update the process of a week waiting period begins again, so I apologized for my error and waited. Maybe two or three days later I received an email stating that my funds would be delivered in the next few days. When I checked my account they had already been deposited. The representatives remained calm, professional, and HIGHLY courteous throughout the entire process. I could not be happier with the customer service support that I recently received from the TicketMaster customer support team. They have gain a lifetime customer in me. Thank you again TicketMaster. I hope to be shopping with you all again soon and often. In a world of distrust, I have come to find this company HIGHLY trustworthy.

does a good job but if you have a problem you don't have anyone to talk to.

I am only giving Ticketmaster one star because I am required to. Having a wet diaper on your face is more pleasurable than dealing with these Pettifoggers.

I have been trying to get customer service on the phone at Ticketmasters all morning and I cannot reach anyone. How can I ask a concern question about a ticket when no one will answer the phone. Why do they even have a phone number listed?

My Girlfriend bought us tickets to a concert and paid way more than what I think they should've been worth. During the purchasing of the tickets all the “fees†associated with the tickets were never viewable until after she had checked out. Then she was able to see all the extra fees that Ticketmaster slipped into the purchase at the end. Then she received an email that said she could buy tickets under some sort of holiday exclusive deal, so when she got to digging around she saw where she could purchase two tickets for the price of one that were supposedly VIP tickets. She didn't believe this to be true so she called customer service to verify. When she finally got a representative, she was told that it was true that the tickets she was looking at came with the VIP packages. She verified this with the representative several times making sure she wasn't being taken advantage of and the representative swore that it was a vip package. She then proceeded to purchase this “deal†as well, so now we have 4 tickets for the one show. Not only do we have 4 tickets but a friend of ours that bought tickets went through the same process. On a hunch I happen to get on the website to review this “deal†we got and discovered that our package said nothing about VIP experience on it. So I called the customer service support line to talk to a human and finally after fighting with the automated machine I got a human WITH AN ATTITUDE. After dealing with this woman for about 10 mins I got fed up with her attitude acting like I was an idiot and requested her supervisor. Once the supervisor got to the phone he basically proceeded to tell me that my girlfriend was not telling the truth and what I was claiming didn't happen. I informed him that wasn't the case and that his representative that talked to my girlfriend misinformed her. My girlfriend verified several times with the representative that what she was about to purchase was legit and the representative swore it was. The supervisor then proceeded to tell me that there never was a VIP package attached to our tickets but rather it was an additional option we should've chosen which was never given to her as an option. After battling with the supervisor for an hour and a half he reluctantly agreed to refund us the money for the second set of tickets we purchased because HIS REPRESENTATIVE LIED even though he wouldn't acknowledge that. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH TICKETMASTER AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMING CROOKS AGAIN. I have submitted a complaint to the Federal Better Bureau and Hope action is taken. Finally my girlfriend attempted to contact them again and she finally got in touch with a human and all she received was attitude once again. Once she finally got a supervisor she informed them she had been in contact with the better business bureau and that she had posted reviews and the supervisor then attempted to intimidate her and demanded she drop the reviews and the claims. I'm disgusted with the actions of this company and will not support them any longer. Myself and the other gentleman that was involved in this (our friend who was also given attitude and lied too) will he seeking consultation on what legal action we have against TICKETMASTER. NEVER AGAIN!
