The two ladies inside are super friendly and knowledgeable about in and everything dealing with U-hauls. My mother and I frequently rent from this location and we always have a positive experience. Keep up the great job ladies!!

The truck that was initially rented had a flat tire when I checked out. The second truck given to me was missing a front headlight that I got stopped for by local police.

The don’t have anyone to help with propane. Had to go to U-Haul on Highway 80 to purchase. Highway 80 was great! Northview not so. Northview’s whole facility is too small and cramped for what they’re trying to accomplish. Need additional and more competent employees.

While I was renting another customer came in complaining about customer service on the phone which I knew of because I had an odd interaction on the phone earlier that day as well. And the people that work there act like they really don’t want to be there and could care less. That is my first and only time I would use this location in the future. And also typically the employee would show you the rental and do the check with you which the location of the truck was wrong and I have a disability and had to walk the entire lot to check all of the trucks until I found it on my own and it was the truck with the rent me sign in the front parking lot yet I was told to look elsewhere. Customer service is horrible at this location. I will never go back to location. The location near Ellis ave and Pearl great customer service but this location needs some customer service training.

The staff member that checked me in was NOT friendly. She was having a bad day apparently because she was not smiling or very informative. It was like she hated being at work. It took forever when we arrived on scheduled time. We won’t be back. Please hire staff that are friendly, courteous, and actually WANT to be at work.

On August 3rd, 2023: I had an appointment and I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment time. I was acknowledged and I was told that I was next, but 28 minutes later, I was finally next. The lady who works there looked like she didn't want to be there. No greeting and you could feel her negative energy immediately. She moved like pond water going uphill. Picking up the equipment isn't all that friendly because it is so congested when you pull in. There is a potential safety risk of a traffic accident. Not good at all.Once I dropped my equipment off, I sat outside for 27 minutes, waiting to be cleared. I have never waited that long to drop any U-Haul equipment in over 35 years. I will never come to the Northview location in Jackson, Mississippi ever again. Make sure you're not in a hurry like I was because it can cost you dearly. Get a crew of people who want to work there and have a high level of passion for the job. A positive environment ensures high rate of customer return. That basic business sense.

I had to give a star to rate. This uhaul store is terrible. The person waiting on me wouldn’t even speak. I asked him several questions. I bought boxes on line and chose here to pick them up. When I get there and say u have already charged my card he just stares at me. Then points and says the boxes are over there. The whole store is full of boxes and then I asked if he could help get them in the car. His response was I can take one. I had 2 bundles. They were very heavy. I am 64 years old and had to practically drag these boxes to my car then lift them to get them in. While he went back in the store and sat back down and got on his phone. DONT GO HERE

Much can be said about moving organizations that keep their customers in mind. My experience at this location was quite pleasant. I had many questions, and lots of options to choose from. What helped me most was the customer service that I received from Miss Cain. Her sunny disposition let me know that I was in a great U-Haul location to get the help that I needed. I observed how professional she was in handling a distressed customer. She kept calm and never missed a beat. I look forward to working with her in the future as she proved that she cares for her customer needs. This may be a small location, but they operate like a large one! Great job!

I returned this u-haul on a one way stop and it had already had plastic mattress covers in the back.I had 3 boxes and some plastic I had left in their.I told the checkout lady and she said their would be no charge.The Gas was at a half a tank and they said i was one notch less.They charged me 94.00 for gas and trash and didn't own up to anything. I would have never left with those charges,the lady said she would email me a receipt she was to busy.I have never been treated like this before.I will never do business with this u-haul again.

I live close to this store every time I come for some propane gas they close they say no pumping on Sundays or they out they got some lazy people working on northview drive
