Given this a 3star because it was a late rental and they did have a van.. But rental from here will be a last option..first the van i was getting seat belt was broken please check all of them before getting. Secondly the van was not clean the way they expect it to be returned/ she comes out with a brush getting in cracks a normal vacuum cant reach..please take photos.. Thirdly you give 250 cash but get a check that charges a 5.00 fee even if you cash at their bank! This is totally a no other choice rental hopefully my first and last rental...

U-Rental Inc. had 12 and 15 passenger vans available AND they had the BEST prices compared to every other rental company I called. Our 12 passenger van was clean and reliable. There was enough sitting room for everyone and lots of room for luggage. And, I absolutely loved speaking to Ms. Bernie each time I called and she was even more delightful in-person!

The customer service was great very friendly and the van was nice and clean, the air conditioner will freeze you and the price was reasonable. I just wish I had gotten a 12 passenger instead of 15 passenger for more luggage space and leg room

This was my second time renting from U-Rentals. Mrs. Bernie is sooo sweet. She was very informative and patient with me. I gained a friend ❤️. My family experience was great! We rented a 12-15 passenger van, and it was clean and spacious. Making us have a comfortable ride. Thank you again U-Rentals and mostly Mrs. Bernie see you next year.

The van was clean , filled with gas. The office attendant was nice and helpful with a situation I had , that had nothing to do with the business. They were very nice and professional. I will surely be using U-Rental in the future . ??????

I’m not sure what all the bad reviews are about but I’ll tell you this. If you need a passenger van. Don’t go to enterprise come here or enterprise might not have it.
