If I could give zero stars I would my package was suppose to arrive a day ago and one of their employees has obviously stolen it. The package stopped updating scans over 72 hours ago and the the Jackson facility changed my delivery to " will be updated as soon as possible". No one has been able to answer my questions or have been extremely rude. This has caused me a huge inconvenience and the only thing UPS is saying is to file a claim and even then its going to take up to 10 business days to receive my refund which is putting me at an even larger inconvenience. If you're getting a package shipped I would recommend using someone who doesn't go through UPS.

I went to the Columbia, Ms. store to send a package back to Amazon. The older man behind the counter was very rude. He had no business being in customer service!

I went to the UPS Service Ctr to get a pkg that the driver had attempted to deliver twice to my residence then still had to go out of my way all the way to Brandon CVS to pickup my pkg because the driver would not deliver to my residence.

The one star reviews are completely accurate. Was informed of a delivery attempt on a new office, which per security cameras was an outright lie. UPS customer service (obviously overseas) was useless as was local management when CS finally informed them. Hiring a stranger with a truck would be a better option than UPS.

Had a delivery scheduled for today. Received a message that delivery was attempted, but that is a lie. I've been home all morning. No attempt was made and no notification was left at the door. Tried calling Customer Support and you cannot speak to a live person at all. This is way FedEx is better. UPS does not care about the customer.

Many times I had received packages from UPS from overseas, it is either damaged or some of my items lost. The last incident of damage and lost was in January 2023. After so many frustrating, time-consuming attempts to reach them, they said they would send someone to inspect the package. Gimmick to discard my complaint. They never showed up or given me any update. Will I ever use them? Unless all other options are not available.

Lost over 10 hours on delivery without a dime for detention time got load through the Landstar Ranger broker and at the end they left all pallets in my trailer…avoid this place or at least ask for detention in advance

I have had a dell computer shipped twice overnight - UPS has a problem in their Jackson, MS office - Both times it was shipped back to dell due to errors in their distribution center. You cant find a number to talk to UPS directly - all automated. No chats, nothing. Was told by local store to keep shipping it - one time should be enough. At least have a number published that you can reach a real person.

Rude and disingenuous employees. Horrible customer service. I would give them negative stars if it was possibility. They have lost or damaged more than a few of my packages. And when you call customer service good luck getting someone who speaks English and if you are lucky enough to get a local person they are incompetent, and rude. They will hang up in your face then put the phone on do not disturb so you can not call back. I wish I could choose which delivery service is used, because I would never use UPS again. Totally fed up with them
