This item was order for elderly that are home bound with home healthcare. As we been here at home and not a single truck has shown up, we received this message that at 11.07 am the attempt was not able. No one made an attempt and there is not a means of being able to dive to town at a location to pick the item up. That is why it was ordered to be shipped to a home address. Very disappointing because it's almost impossible to contact or speak to a live person at the delivery office. Pay attention to orders placed, that it not be through UPS because this frequently seems to be happening that delivery was attempted, but they are being un honest about that and just never show up.

I rented a post office box here specifically so I would not have to worry about receiving life-saving medication. That is, until today. UPS ground says the medication was delivered on Friday the 16th. Today, I learned that some personnel there put my medication in the wrong box. I'm not amused. If I made careless mistakes like that at my job, we get fined $250,000 per incident. Be more careful.
