I’d give this place zero stars. The lady in there was so rude for no reason. I walk in there with my package mind you this is my first time coming here because I usually went to the one in Richland but I moved and this one is closer. I didn’t know I had to tape my package back up and put my label on because they usually do it for me in Richland. This lady told me that I had to do that and I told her they usually do it for me there and she’s like well I’m not Richland basically saying they baby me there when really they just treat their customers nice. In the end she was just like I’m kidding I’m like lady I do not know you for you to be joking around with me. She said that after I told her I was going to give her a bad review. So sad how some people can’t just be nice anymore. She didn’t even apologize.

Bills are dropped off at the Robinson road location and never leaves Jackson. Someone is opening them and changing the amount of the checks and name and taking them to be cashed/deposited at trustmark bank. I hope this isn’t an inside job. Has happened multiple times.

After waiting in a long line the last thing I wanted to deal with was a clerk with a smug attitude. It wasn't just with me I heard her act "NICETY" with some college students who were trying to be respectful. She rudely exchanged words with them that prompted them to respond "they were there because the campus UPS had closed". She unneccesarily asked "do you want me to play the violin" . Adults like her make it so hard for our youth to be respectful. Instead of her helping them responsibly take care of their business , she burdened them expressing her misery about how she'd had a bad day. She proceed to tell me that "She didn't know if a coloring BOOK" was a book. Please go elsewhere...I DID!

Terrible service. A box I shipped from here was returned to my door with the postage sticker removed, and the contents were smashed. I took the box back and they gave me hell trying to get my money back for the shipping. They don't know anything about the usps website or the policies of usps in general.

I would not recommend this post office to my worst enemy. The service is not professional. The clerk and poster master are not knowledgeable on services offered by this post office. I will leave it at that. However, Ms. Betty is great, so sad she has to work with the others.
