My package was delivered to the Jackson ms processing center but instead of then being delivered to me in Pelahatchie it was loaded on the wrong vehicle and sent to Olive MS processing center. It’s now obviously delayed. Not the first time this has happened to me

Called prior to arriving and was told the passport office closed at 1:00 . Upon arriving I was told the passport office has been closed all day. Very inconvenient being this is the only office.

My package is still sitting there since the 18th it was set to arrive on the 19th and is still not here it is memorial Day and it’s still saying on the tracking number said to arrive May 19 at 6 PM! It’s my birth certificate. I needed to change my important documents and can’t.

With a tile tracker in my package and postage paid, the package is still sitting in the post office two days.

Continuously having issues with the distribution center's inability to turn packages in a timely manner. The longest a package has sat there is nearly 1.5 months. Management needs to be evaluated and processes should be inspected. I wish the Government would step in and clean up the broken service of USPS.

You employ some thieves. I had a $200 package that was opened and sent down the line opened and empty. You need better background checks on your shady employees.

JACKSON MS DISTRIBUTION CENTER, 39201
Multiple times over the course of several weeks. Do workers actually do anything there or do the packages just sit on a circular belt getting auto-scanned every few days?

This is absolutely the worst regional facility I have ever had to deal with!!! I had one package containing medication that sat in Jackson for 7 days straight without moving!!! I have another package of medication that has been sitting there now for 2 days!!! This is insane and this place is such a joke!!!
