Went to get phone set up and was told it was a $40 fee which was very surprising but understandable. What wasn't understandable was the rude tone of the employee and her unwelcoming disposition.

Whoever the big guy that works there needs to be fired. He sits all day, doesn’t try to help you. Doesn’t tell you about more devices or deals nothing!! And then wouldn’t let me pay with cash or the card I had. You run my credit and get me approved but don’t let me pay what was due at the moment. SMH never again.

The entrance to the location is dangerous because it's on a service road but everybody drives like it's the interstate. So, be careful to not get rear ended while turning in
