Vehicles are pretty but service is abysmal. So things are great until you need an oil change or something starts going wrong and they have your wife drive an hour to get there, sit there all day and then still not be able to tell what is wrong. If you want to raise your blood preasure or want to develop migraines buy a car here. If not stay far away.

I had a great experience buying my GTI from VW Jackson. I worked with Kyle, who was excellent—professional, easy to work with, and very responsive throughout the process. They helped with temporary registration as I purchased from out of state and even arranged shipping of the car to me, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Recommend Kyle and the team at VW Jackson.

Had a left rear tail light out. Quoted me verbally around 450 ish for the part and labor the previous Friday.... Comeback and get the job done... They hit me with $711 dollar bill... The part was $339... They used labor for two guys at $180 per person to replace a tail light fixture in ten minutes.... Waited four hours to call me back .. then held my car hostage in the mechanical bay until i resolved a price with a manager... I still paid $611. Not to mention the Friday when I was verbally quoted , this Volkswagen establishment could not for sure know that they were ordering me the right part so that i could replace the tail light(LED array) fixture myself. Beware the scams that come from the service desk people.

Went there for service. Very professional staff. Great use of text messaging to keep me posted on the car. Super expensive, but I expected that to be the case.

One of the worst dealerships I have ever dealt with. This stores service department is a complete and utter joke. A complete lack of communication and professionalism and they cut corners on EVERYTHING. They neglected to even look at half the things I brought my vehicle in for and instead lied to me and told me it was fine. That was two days ago. I am now at another shop fixing all the things they neglected to fix for half the price. And don’t even try to call and get in touch with anyone because NO ONE ever answers the phone in service. Please do not make the same mistake I did and waste your time. Go somewhere else.

I got my car serviced for the first time. The experience was awful. It took 5 long hours for them to service my car. I was told that they would clean the car and vacuum it inside. Even after 5 hours, they hadn’t cleaned the car or vacuumed it inside. I drove 2.5 hrs for this type of service. I’m never going back again.

I would avoid the service center at this dealership at all costs. My time with them was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.
It started when I was told by VW Care that the dealership would pay to tow my vehicle. I had to call the dealership 5 times across 24 hours to coordinate this (all while my vehicle was stranded) and they were simply incapable of doing so or even communicating with me if it was possible. I eventually gave up and paid to tow it myself the next day.
Once it finally got here, my vehicle wasn’t even looked at until 2 weeks after my scheduled appointment time. I was refused a loaner car throughout this delay. Their communication during this time was either wildly inconsistent or entirely non-existent. They are almost impossible to get a hold of as no one answers the phone 75% of the time. I went days at a time where I’d call multiple times and hear nothing back.
When they finally looked it, part of what they recommended was to replace my battery for $472. I spoke to them on the phone and told them not do so if the car will start on its own. You can get this done at O’Reillys for $209 and no appointment required. When I went to pick up my car, they gave it to me running and said nothing. I then checked myself and it wouldn’t start— they jumped it and didn’t tell me. How any shop can hand a vehicle to someone without informing it won’t start on its own is insane. It’s grossly negligent and potentially dangerous. I was fortunate O’Reillys was still open so I went straight there.
After all of this, they also refused to reimburse me for the original tow.
I went here because part of my repair was a free recall fix and this is the only authorized VW place anywhere near Jackson.
I cannot stress enough that you should avoid using this repair shop under any circumstances unless you absolutely have to. I am still in disbelief from how bad my experience was.

My husband and I were there for an appointment on March 27, 2025 and found after we got home our insert cap on the middle of the rim was missing from the work they had done. I called later to let them know and for the part to be replaced. I spoke with the service manager Chelsea. She assured me that we wouldn't have to pay for another part and that when we came for another service which would on April 17. 2025 the part we needed and the insert would be taken care of. We got there and my husband first found out that the part would be there the next day and we could come back and get it. We live an hour away and my goal was communicated to her that we needed that done that day. The communication is terrible here. I went to talk to her and she said the person I talked to didn't order the part. I told her look in the computer and see who that was. She was hesitating as I watched her when I remembered the name and said her name was Chelsea. She had started back peddling with no reasonable explanation. I stated that we needed a insert cap today. My husband was so outdone that he went to talk to Cody the service manager over Chelsea I am assuming. Long story short they gave us a insert cap but it was not the original one to our vehicle. We noticed but both of us were tired of them not communicating to us about what they planned to do and our pursing getting the original insert to our vehicle. This type of service is not acceptable. If i had known this my husband and I never would have purchased a VW! The deception and lack of communication from the service manager left us not even wanting to come to your establishment again. I gave a 1 but if there was a 0 that would be our score! Hopefully this won't happen to the next person who comes in for service.

Bought a 2024 Tiguan 3/12/25 promised a second key in writing as they only had one, had them fedex it to a closer vw store in south MS, I wasted a day and drove a 100miles to find out they sent the wrong fob with no key blade. Got the key fob and blade ordered during my wasted visit. I Will have to waste another day and 100miles driving when the key fob and blade arrives. Vw Jackson refused to pay for it. Bad business practices. Avoid them !!!!

Dequan was amazing! We had car problems and were stranded. He ordered the parts and rushed them in getting our vehicle repaired by the time our trip was over and we were heading back to Kansas City from Gulf Shores. Thank you, Dequan for the top notch professionalism and service.
