This might be the worst pharmacy of all time. Slowest most inept staff and poor management. I have had four 1-star interactions with this place. I've continued to give them chances so, that's on me.

This Walgreens on North St Street suckss got people in line and drive up waiting on service they need to hire someone at the windows at all times don't make any since for people to wait hours for medicine.

I called the Walgreens to make sure my prescription was ready. They said it was. I was glad because I was picking up asthma medicine because I had been having a lot of breathing issues. When I drove up they told me it wasn't ready and I would have to wait?! On top of that they made me circle around to let other people behind me up to the window. I believe each customer should be taken care of as they come (especially if they called earlier and made sure their prescriptions were ready), and I end up spending 10 x more time waiting in my car when I was already there to begin with.

So, everyone knows we're in a "Icy" situation. (Pun intended). They lady technician TOLD me to come at 2 bc they're closed from 1:30-2 for lunch. I did and they never reopened. I called the lady while I was outside. She said she needed to talk to the pharmacist and put me on hold. She HUNG UP!!!! I could've stayed at home!!! Now I'm out here I. This nasty weather WITH NO MEDICATION. Why I didn't go early this am you ask.....I'm a teacher. We still have to teach virtually!!!! Ughhh I'm so disgusted. I'd rather her not even answer than to tell me to come then leave me out in this weather for NOTHING!!!!

I would like to send a special gratitude to a new found friend Dominique Herring. You see I had been running around for 2days of very short notice to get a Resolution done for a Funeral and Walgreens was my last resort. I walked in with very little knowledge of were do I start. Pharmacist Keegan Rayford and cashier Komchata were rude, hostile, and verbally aggressive. They made an enormous error on 1 of my meds that would have caused me great harm if I hadn't discovered it. When asked about the error Mr Keegan refused to correct or clarify the dosage he replied I should "take it however you want". They also submitted a double claim on the med. HORRIBLE SERVICE from this pharmacist KEEGAN RAYFORD!!! Warning: he is dangerous.

Local Walgreens pharmacy location. They also carry many other useful products such as groceries toys clothes etc. They have decent customer service and acceptable prices.

I love this Walgreens. I have gotten to know everyone on the evening shift & they all go above & beyond to help you. They always make you feel like family. A while back I had posted some photos and a narrative about how the trash cans needed to be returned to the outside because trash was piling up in the lot, they have been returned to the outside & out looks a lot better so thumbs up!
