This is the worst Walgreens in Jackson! The people in the pharmacy are a complete joke! They do not answer the phones, will continue to let the phone ring, they never have prescriptions ready even when it says it's ready for pick up and you can just feel the "IDGAF" attitude coming from the technicians and pharmacist. I won't say close it down but re-vamp it, and hire new people cause these people give Walgreens a bad name.

If I could give a half of star I would.Rude customer service. Never answer there phone never look for anything. Argue with you that you haven't gotten anything there before. Always saying it's too early to refill. Don't tell you that they didn't have the whole prescription.. when you go to your meds they act like they don't know ish. Sick of this place.

Shut this pharmacy down or staff more people. They never answer the phone, never have prescriptions ready EVEN after a DOCTOR sends them over days before. Rude service like why are y’all even here if you are not gonna do your job? Service the people smh

This pharmacy is a complete joke. Run by the dumbest. My doctor had to call three times to give them a prescription. When I went to pickup first they said they don't have a prescription under my name but when I said the whole story they finally found my details but the the medicine was out of stock. They follow the spirit of Jackson.

All the people working in PHARMACY here is D**** LAZY And UNPROFESSIONAL. EVERY LAST PERSON IN PHARMACY NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, literally. I waited on hold almost a hour , just to have somebody keep picking up and Hanging back up. I waited a while longer, they picked up 3 more times just to HANG IT RIGHT BACK UP, then the call just Disconnected. WALGREENS CORPORATE OFFICE NEEDS TO AUDIT THIS PLACE AND HIRE A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STAFF.
