Most of the staff here are fine, but the management understaff the pharmacy counter every single day. Whether you go inside or the drive through, you always have to wait forever. Update: the line suddenly started moving quickly.
Update: 9/23/24 between 11-11:30 AM. I called them and spoke with the supervisor. She was rude and kept interrupting me. In the end she hung up on me for no reason. I promise I wasn't difficult, except I did interrupt her when she was repeating herself, and I did call her out on her rudeness. She also gave me bad information on one of my prescriptions and their app provides incomplete and old, not updated information. I'm so done with this pharmacy. Too many problems.
I'm moving my prescriptions to CVS. This is ridiculous.
CVS is MUCH faster.

Store manager Kaylee was clueless in processing my curbside pickup order. I asked for a paper receipt at the register instead of being checked out on the Zebra handheld device. She scanned my order on the handheld anyway which resulted in a 25 minute long debacle to try to get me a printed receipt. I ultimately returned the items and left because this was supposed to be a quick detour on a long road trip. Get it together, Walgreens. Making things right for the customer doesn’t have to be difficult.

Giving 3 stars because when they are open the service is pretty good. Especially during the day. Only major flaw is that you roll the dice coming after 9pm. They close randomly and just lock the doors and leave. No sign or anything.

Since 0 stars is not an option- they get 1 star by default that is not deserving. Pharmacy staff is rude and lazy and always behind. Store is filthy from the outside entrance with homeless vomit and urine to the black stained floors inside. Save your time, health, and sanity….stay away.

Honestly, the pharmacy portion at this location should be shut down. They are incompetent every single time. Not worth the time or headache.

The pharmacy took my mother’s prescription knowing they might not be able to fill it because the pharmacist was not there and when I came back at the time they said it would be ready, the pharmacy had closed. They would not give me back my prescription and I am still waiting for them to open. This medicine was pain medicine prescribed by the ER. I believe they knew this was a possibility and they didn’t inform me! Terrible customer service!!!!

Prescription shows ready to pick up. When I show up the Pharmacy is closed. I talk to the staff in the store. It says the pharmacist is out and they don’t know if or when the pharmacy will open again today. No heads up from the pharmacy. Consistently disappointed by Walgreens pharmacy.
