Do don’t shop here ! Twice this pharmacy has sold me the wrong Medication after I specifically ask for what the doctor prescribed. Then asked me if I knew the price of the name brand like it mattered .

Website says pharmacy closes at 8pm. I get there at 5:50pm, and the pharmacy is closed. The sign says they close at 6pm. Thank goodness the medication I need isn’t life-or-death because if it was, my blood would be on this pharmacy’s hands.

Whoever the pharmacist is today at this location needs more training!!. No communication skills!! It's sad that I need my medication, not only were they out of stock, she didn't even have the courtesy to tell me when it will be available! I asked her was it at any other Walgreens, she told me to call around myself to see. It's crazy because that's actually her job. So yes I did it myself! Kudos to the Walgreens on Old Canton Road for a wonderful pharmacist who not only found it at another Walgreens but she also transferred the call. Kudos to Walgreens on Fortification Street for being polite and getting it filled for me today! I shall be taking my business to Old Canton road/ Fortification Street from now on..

The Pharmacy is TRASH at this location. They have no idea what they are doing. They have you waiting for weeks for your medication because they don’t know how to bill it right. Then when they are asked to call and get the correct info to bill it correctly they give you the run around. I called another pharmacy up the road and they were able to bill it while I was on the phone. Do yourself a favor and go to another pharmacy. They are incompetent here. The one time I had good service was when they had another pharmacist fill in for the normal one.

Just picked up prescription at this Walgreens and it is the best store I have been in so far. I was so impressed with the staff and cleanness of the store. The pharmacy staff was extremely friendly.

The pharmacy techs are useless at this location. They lie about some medications that were supposed to been ordered three weeks ago for a loved one. So today , when the person looking forward to getting her medicine was given the run around by a pharmacy tech who literally just waited her time. At first she said 15 mins, then 30 plus minutes and here’s the kicker, the medicine was NEVER ordered!! So is this how pharmacy techs treats their customers?! I hope Coporate will see this is how the pharmacy techs on Countyline Road treats their elderly customers.
