I purchased tires, and scheduled an installation at this location which I paid online might I add, but my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, a young lady was being served ahead of me. Once it was my turn, the employee informed me that they were no longer accepting customers. I explained that I had already booked and paid for the service, but he insisted they couldn’t accommodate me. When I mentioned I wanted to speak with a manager, he simply said it would take a little longer.
Feeling frustrated, I decided to take my tires to Walmart in Clinton instead. Their service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Based on my experience, I will not be returning to the Highway 18 location. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Man it's a good well furnished wall mart in a bad neighborhood vops everywhere gives you a sense of security some times you may find that one crackhead but overall it's a good wallmart it gets shopping done it's good

This Walmart on Greenway Drive is the worst Walmart in the nation I made a 115.00 purchase I set the receipt to my phone I noticed I left my phone in my car. I told Shannon the lady standing at the door along with the gentleman my phone is in the car I can get it and show you the receipt. Shannon proceeds to start yelling and screaming for the police as if I was walking out stealing merchandise. I asked for the manager a guy by the name of Brian shows up and was so unconcerned and nonchalant about my complaint. I asked to do a in-store complaint and he disappeared to avoid talking to me

Clinton Walmart needs to up their game ALOT! Other locations in the area are much better. Worst Walmart in the Greater Jackson area. Run out of items all the time. Staff is usually rude. Store generally messy. Don't tear up your tires in the parking lot! It's embarrassingly bad in comparison to other Walmarts in the area.
