Staffs very friendly. Loaders are very quick to load. Dock is a little complicated with that incline. Docked and out in 30 minutes. Ladies in the office are very sweet. BE SURE YOUR TRAILER IS CLEAN. NO NAILS OR TRASH They will inspect. Other than the docking ( which I'm not taking stars off) EXCELLENT SERVICE.

They open at 6:30 but the unloading is at your own time, do not arrive at night since there is no space to park and the avenue is in the way as long as you are in the yard on the right side the unloading is fast!!

They didn't download in less than half an hour.
And when I took the photo I was excited!!!
Good company.
Very attentive.
Of course, we arrived yesterday and they told us their appointment is tomorrow at 9 am.
So it was.

I had appointment at 1:30PM, checked in 10AM, loaded by 10:20AM.

Had to wait from 9am until noon to hear that my trailer is no good for them.

It’s the worst place I have ever too. As a private own company you would think they are passionate about what they do. I had to wait from 7:00 -1:30pm just because they said my appointment was at 1:30pm . I watched no trucks going the dock. They would rather have their employees sit and do nothing when there are trucks waiting to be unloaded. They blamed JB hunt for not giving me the appointment.It better early than late you would think.I wish I had an option for zero stars.

They are strict on their appointments now. Only get here 15 minutes early. In the past it was no problem getting here and they unload you right away well that's not the case anymore.
