incredibly rude and lazy employees, stood at counter for a while as everyone looked at us and just went about their business. Cashier did not say hello, could not be understood, mumbled the entire exchange, did not smile, did not say thank you…. will not be back

My salad was great. The service was even better and they accommodated me and suggested a salad to my liking when I said I didn't like something in one of their other salads.

I've eaten food from here many times. Honestly, this is first time things were BAD. I paid $11.00 for what I believe was a used salad. The packaged sprinkles and add-ons were opened and spreades on the salad. Never saw this before. I believe I purchased a used salad. Now I worried, my wife tasted someone else nasty dinner. Lettuce was limped...and the windows servers were anything but friendly. I won't spend any more money here. It's a shame. I only buy Zaxby's salads in HWY 49 in Richland...and at this location. Now, as mentioned, I won't spend anymore money here. I'm sorry.

My experience here today was disappointing. After placing a mobile order for traditional wings n things, and traditional wings meal, I went through the drive through to pick up around 2:49 PM. When I arrived home to eat with my 6 yo daughter we noticed that the fries were not only old but burnt. We decided to return to the store for a replacement meal. However, it wasn’t that easy. The manager was rude and dismissive about my request. She was so preoccupied that she would not even stop what she was doing to listen and even walked away as I was speaking about the quality of food I received. The Assistant manager was a little better. She called the GM who after a bit of discussion reluctantly agreed to replace my two meals. This whole ordeal took an extra hour out of my day when it could have been took less than 15 minutes. It’s now 4:33 PM and we just finished our meal.

When I pulled to the window the young lady stuck her hand out to tell us to stop.. I’m assuming to protect the time. After five minutes we were signaled to pull forward… We were not greeted at all… they just handed us the food and closed the window.. Ok whatever… when I got the food my fries were stale and cold. I got wings and things. My wings had little to no sauce on them they were not hot either… my chicken strips were also stale and cold… Everything was horrible. I was not satisfied AT ALL… 2/10 the only reason I didn’t say 1/10 is because my bread was just ok. Please do better.

This place just refuses to put sauce on the wings. Ive never had hot wings that you dont have to worry about getting on your hands or clothes. Is this company policy to be this stingy with sauce? I paid an extra dollar for extra fries and yet the back right compartment was completely empty with no fries. I asked for extra seasoning on the fries, its almost like they purposely did the opposite lol. I dont know what happened to the zax from my highschool days but they (or at least this location) been slacking for years now. Im glad to see youngsters working but i feel thats probably the problem too.

Placed an order at the drive thru and pulled around to the window and was ignored for 20 minutes. People were just standing around talking while several bags of food just sat on the counter. We literally sat at the window 20 minutes and were NEVER acknowledged so we left without getting any food. Complete waste of time and terrible service.

This nasty @@@ place gave my daughter and her co workers food poisoning. Are you all serving old undone chicken? She has food poisoning. In my opinion the health dept need to do a check, bc there is no way she should be this sick after eating there. Never again!!! Do not eat here!!!
