I had to do the paperwork again bc I was given a different unit than the unit I was originally assigned bc the lady had just viewed that unit the previous day & said she noticed a couple things & wanted them taken care of before renting it so she gave me a unit that was acceptable.”

“I have been using this facility for almost 2 years now. Under the old and new management's. I have not the first negative thing to say. I have used 2 different sized units and both are climate controlled, dry and clean & no sight of rodents. Convenient location, affordable and customer service is still amazing even though noone physically works on-site any longer. Both JJ and Pat have been really helpful in the recent downsizing of my unit. I WOULD recommend using LOCK UP Storage.”
