“I cannot say enough great things about Holts Body Shop. After a frustrating incident in the Walmart parking lot where a tow truck hit my wheel and completely tore off my front bumper, I was already bracing myself for a long, drawn-out repair process. Holts proved me completely wrong—in the best way possible.
They had my vehicle repaired in less than a week, and the work was flawless. This was especially impressive to me because I had a previous accident two years ago where a body shop near Jackson took months to repair my 2022 Kia Telluride. The difference in efficiency, professionalism, and customer care was night and day.
From the moment I walked in, every employee was pleasant, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Even the owner took time to make sure everything was handled smoothly. They accommodated everything I needed immediately, with no wait time, and kept communication clear throughout the process.

“I wanted to share may experience with Waters. Purchased a 2002 HX 520. There were 3 items that was agreed upon to be fixed before them delivering the truck to me. Two weeks later, I had to go pick up the truck and none of the three things had been fixed. I had two of the items fixed and sent the invoice to them. As of today, no reimbursement, quit answering text, phone calls and emails. This is a warning to get everything you want before giving them their money. I will say I love the truck, so this is not a bad review on International.

“I stopped in to get some oil today around 11 thirtyish maybe and this nice young lady help me with that she put in my truck and I am so thankful to her and for her thank God for this kind of places I can’t remember her name, but she had a tattoo on her right hand”
