I really appreciate the customer service at the CVS in Kosciusko. They are very sweet and helpful. Especially Ms. Annie the manager and Ms. Jones. They are very helpful.

Came up to the counter to check out. Waited...waited...waited some more....waited. Waited 15 minutes-nobody! Went to the back of the store. Finally found someone in the Pharmacy. Said the front clerk was in the restroom. For 15 minutes??? That's one of the worst cases of constipation I've ever seen!! Might wanna grab some ex-lax on their way to the front check out counter!! We finally left after 15 minutes and still nobody came to the front!!

So I'm in line to pick up a prescription I dropped off, I was told it would be ready at 3, it's 3:50 now. The lady couldn't find my prescription and tried to claim I didn't drop it off. She wanted to me to give her the name of the pharmacy tech I gave the prescription too. After they all denied receiving it, one lady suddenly remembered it was her. They then just walked away saying it was gonna be a wile, apparently they just left it on the counter somewhere. So they tell me I had to step out of line wile they figure out what to do, I'm currently still waiting, what would have happened if the tech never admitted to having my prescription? 0 Stars, I recommend trying walmart or pickles drug store.

The last time I visited I not only went inside and waited in line for the pharmacy, I then went and got in the drive thru line because inside was so slow (and not that many waiting). The time before that, I went to the drive thru 3 different times and waited over 10 minutes each time then just gave up and left. I thought if a prescription wasn’t ready they were supposed to pull the person back around while they served others? Today, I dropped 3 RX off after my root canal and was told to give them an hour. I purposely waited 2 1/2 hours to make sure my medication would be filled when I arrived just to be told it would another 30 minutes. My tooth was starting to ache at that point and I had no medicine still! Seriously thinking about changing pharmacies and encouraging all my friends and relatives to do the same. This is NOT customer service!

This is the worse place ever!!! They never answer the phone, if you do go thru the drive thru ( which I did when I had a broke leg) you have to wait forever!!

Terrible wait time. Nobody else there on a rainy Saturday afternoon and over an hour wait with the pharmacist clueless. Efficient service while having sick babies would be greatly appreciated.

I'm currently in the drive through line. Have been here for 30 minutes. Three vehicles in front of me and the same car is still at the window! This is typical of every time I come here. If a pickup is that complicated the person should have to go in the store or come back. At least six other people have left since I've been sitting here. So frustrating and poor customer service.

After a mix up on medications, they worked really hard to get me what I needed! I was panicking (BIG TIME) and the nice lady told me, 'Ms Miley, we'll get you fixed up'. AND she did. THANK YOU from a loyal customer.

Waited in line in pharmacy, which is not a problem. However I was never greeted and the staff watched as someone stepped in front of me and helped them first. I had other items to buy in the front of the store but decided to leave without purchasing anything due to poor customer service.
