“I want to start by saying purchasing my truck from Old Gin has been my best experience ever when purchasing a vehicle (I have owned over 100 vehicles). Dennis and Bill were both super friendly and knowledgeable about the truck that I purchased. I'm from out of state, Montana and they took care of everything over the phone and even sent me additional pictures and videos to highlight all the areas of the truck I was interested in! I liked what I saw and decided to fly down to Mississippi and purchase the truck, while I was at the air port getting ready to leave Dennis called and let me know there was a small issue with the truck. He told me they would get it taken care of and let me know when it was ready. A few days later after some work and diagnosis I got the call that it was ready to go. I flew down and met Dennis and Bill in person and the truck was perfect! They got me in and out in quickly! Really appreciated their perfessonalism, and made me feel at home! Now for the part that sets these guys apart from the rest... while driving back to Montana, I had some problems with the transmission, it ended up going out completely about half way into my trip back. I was able to get the truck towed to a transmission shop and they found the transmission needed a complete rebuild, I reached out to Dennis and let him know of the situation, he said to have them send an invoice for the work needed and we would go from there. I knew that I had a 30 day warranty on the drive terrain from Old Gin, but also knew that I would be responsible for half of the cost. The repairs were expensive and I was nervous about the extra cost, when I went to pick up the truck from the shop the owner told me it was all taken care of by Old Gin and handed me a receipt for the repairs and a warranty for the repair! I could not believe that a dealership would go above and beyond like this!!! Definitely consider purchasing your next vehicle or trailer from these guys!!! Best experience I have ever had!!!
