Horrible service. We went on black Friday excited to get a new phone for me and my daughter. Instead we had the most unmotivated salesperson. It was clear she hated her job. There were only 2 customers in the store so no excuse for bad service. We left. honestly I wanted to change carriers after that.. at and t should train there employees better. We pay enough for our phone bills this shouldn’t be a problem.

I witnessed employees of this location tell customers factually incorrect information, refer people to customer service because they were unaware of a correct process, and demonstrate apathy for each customer's issue. And is it legal to force customers to pay exact change, and refuse to give change?

Customer service was 1000/10. Got me my own plan with a discount for being a healthcare worker. A brand new phone and watch as well and only had to pay $100 down. Thank you so much to Pat for taking the time to help me! Merry Christmas to me lol.
