“I came in with an issue on my brand new car. My driver door was getting stuck due to manufacturers issue &the dealership telling me they were unable to fix it. The entire process start to finish was very easy. I was in and out within 15 minutes with an unstuck door. “I had an issue with the tail gate of my Jeep Cherokee, but because of its age the part needed, was not available. However, thanks to the creative mind of Michael Butler, the tail gate now closes securely.From the very start, a pleasant lady answered the telephone, listened respectfully and arranged a time for me to come in and when I got there, I was impressed... a nice greeting, a clean facility and within a short period of time Michael examined my car. “Fleet Services Diesel, is a Blessing. I blew my radiator and they repaired it in less then 12 hours. The price was right and the mechanics were on top of there mechanical skills. I pulled in at 08:00 and was diagnosed and parts ordered by 09:00.Most drivers know that good mechanics are hard to find. When you break down, a lot of mechanics try to take advantage of us. Not this shop. I never expected them to prioritize in this manor. Knowledgeable staff and good attitudes all around. “I don't trust salesmen... at all. But this dealership is under the leadership of a really good man Mr. Wes Armstrong. He was relocated here from Detroit. I can say he honestly does care about the customer. If he can get his salesmen to follow his lead and treat the customers right and not try to jack people looking for a car... he just might be able to win the trust of skeptics like me. My parents had purchased-a car with some factory issues, he worked with them and solved the problem. My parents are very happy with their Lincoln and after researching the price it was comparable with Kelly blue book and other local dealerships. I would recommend this dealership, but make sure you meet Wes and tell him that you read this review on YELP.”

“Made an appointment online to get some tires installed that I ordered from Walmart online. Received a confirmation email for the date, time and order no of my appointment. Got there and they couldn't find my appointment in the computer even though I showed them my confirmation email. Ended up being there for 2 hrs waiting before my truck was ready.”
