“I stopped at Auto Zone in Laurel today in need of a new battery. I don't know the young man's name that helped me, but he installed the new battery and was very courteous while doing so. I tried to give him a tip and he said he wasn't allowed to take it. So not only is he super nice and good at his job, but he is honest and hard working. This young employee shows that our world will be in good hands. Great job, Auto Zone, in hiring the young er generation and training them right!

“I brought my 2027 Volvo VNL in with a serious electrical issue that left the truck unable to start. The repair was handled under warranty, and because it was a complicated electrical problem, it took some time to properly diagnose the issue, work with Volvo, and get the necessary parts.What I really appreciated was the way the technicians approached the problem step by step. They did not just guess and replace random parts. They worked through the electrical system methodically, testing different components and connections to determine exactly why the truck would not start and what was causing the failure.Throughout the entire process, the staff was extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. I really appreciate the way they handled the situation and kept working until they found the problem and got the truck repaired.A special thank you to JD, the Service Manager, for all of his help and support during the repair. He was very professional and did everything he could to help me throughout the process.
The entire team went above and beyond. They even helped with transportation to and from my hotel while the truck was being repaired, which I greatly appreciated.I highly recommend this Volvo service location. “Worst experience I've encountered since the time before I took my vehicle for service. They claim to open at 7 am . I was told to come back at 10.30 am because the service center was waiting on employees and the few there weren't movitated to do their job. It took 3 different workers to check my car in . When I did get checked in they didn't have the oil filter I needed so I had to leave . Go buy my own filter and come back . Three attempts at getting my oil changed. When my oil did get changed the person that moved my car out of the work bay had used oil on their shoes and left oil foot prints on my carpet.”
