He was very accommodating and persistent in finding me when AAA sent the wrong address. Highly recommend their services! “I had an issue with the tail gate of my Jeep Cherokee, but because of its age the part needed, was not available. However, thanks to the creative mind of Michael Butler, the tail gate now closes securely.From the very start, a pleasant lady answered the telephone, listened respectfully and arranged a time for me to come in and when I got there, I was impressed... a nice greeting, a clean facility and within a short period of time Michael examined my car. This will now be the auto body shop for all of my vehicles, because I saw honesty, integrity and professionalism! Thank you!!!”

“Troy Jenkins is a stand up guy. Me and my wife where traveling for work heading towards Gloster, Mississippi when my diesel pickup broke down. He was kind enough to store my truck at his shop until I was able to have a mechanic take a look at it. Troy took time out of his day to fix the problem with the truck which helped out tremendously! If you are looking for a company with excellent equipment and services who, still possess morals and arent out to get one over on you on a service call or any other towing related emergency within 100-150 miles, I would highly reccomend you call Burroughs Towing. We had a truck have a catostrophic mechanical break down. Burroughs assisted us in transloading the load (37ft top portion of a smokestack) and loading the truck on another trailer for the most level headed rates I have seen since pre-covid prices. These guys also have a lot for storage if need be. If you are ever in need of assistance in the area or further out, give these guys a call first or stand the chance of running across a less respectable company. Id give them 20 stars if I could.”
