Cadence Bank is the welcoming, familiar face of banking with a customer-first mindset. It operates over 400 branches across 11 states and offers online and mobile tools for convenience. The staff are consistently friendly, courteous, accommodating, and extremely helpful. I took away one star because you will get kicked out for trying to Ollie the stairs that are just outside the front entrance….. BUT, if you are an outlaw (which I am not) these are the best stairs to Ollie within an hour drive all around.

Everyone in the bank had a smile on their face & extremely helpful. I'd recommend this bank to everyone for your financial needs. I've done business with them for over 10 years now and have never had a bad experience with any of the employees.
