They did the job in the time they suggested.
I think the paint is not the best. It was really wavy and not close to matching the opposite side of the vehicle.
Also, they chipped a panel on my door and denied it even though it was on a door they were supposed to have fixed damage on. There were multiple photos of the door from the estimate to when it was taken in without the damage.
When I picked up the repaired car, there was the new damage.
Additionally, I don’t think the door seals the same as it did before. I get a lot of fluttering wind noise that wasn’t there before.
The manager tried to put some paint on there. But he refused to acknowledge the damage his team caused.
Just be aware. There was no way that damage existed before or it would have been accounted for in the quote. It was literally right by the other repairs. I get it back, there is new damage, they deny.
They took their time going over a lot of things. It’s not a bad shop I don’t think, but it’s not great or they wouldn’t have banged up my door moulding.
I think the manager believes what he’s saying. He’s wrong. But he believes it. it’s just nonsensical that we comb the thing over and leave out an obvious edge.
This is what you get these days.
Adding to my criticisms: I didn’t mention it before beyond saying that the paint work wasn’t the best because it was impossible to photograph the issues and verify it. But I suspected their paint work was quite wavy and didn’t actually match the other panels.
When I took my car elsewhere for repairs, the first question they asked was “who messed up your paint?”
The finish is just not close to factory. Just an fyi if you have a newer vehicle and care about the aesthetics.

They are lying scammers. When I took my truck there it took them 7 MONTHS to fix it just for it to come back with raggedy and damaged tires. It was a brand new truck straight off the lot with new tires and only be drove for 5 months. The tires they gave my truck back with had wires sticking out which is very dangerous. I took the tires to them just for the man to act like he doesn’t even care that it came back that way. He claims he knows his workers and he know their work and they wouldn’t do that,ok. If they wouldn’t do that he would have stood by his word and not second guessed it but he did. Now he has my truck back in the shop and says that I knocked my truck out of line by driving over a lot hole. Mind you I barely even drive the speed limit in my truck because I don’t wanna mess it up since it’s BRAND NEW. He also claims that I was spinning my tires even though I am a Christian women that would never and have never done that. Also for him to even say someone spent on my tires and only men work for him says a lot( mostly men spin tires and race). I do not recommend this place what so ever, they have bad costumer service and do not own up to their mistakes.

I came in with an issue on my brand new car. My driver door was getting stuck due to manufacturers issue &the dealership telling me they were unable to fix it. The entire process start to finish was very easy. I was in and out within 15 minutes with an unstuck door. My wife broke down right next to the Laurel office. They took care of us and got us towed home with exceptional professionalism. My thanks to these guys. I got a good price without any run around.
