Absolutely the worst I’m going to be switching and I have been a customer for decades I have had to call 3 times in October because my phone wouldn’t make or receive a call not even with WiFi I use my phone for work and ask for compensation seeing I lost money by not having service just to knock 20 bucks off my bill but they refused the service is horrible and getting worse I have told them repeatedly that they need to fix it cause on 84 in Wayne co there is a spot it drops your call for miles they refuse to fix it so I’ll just take my business elsewhere and the other problem I have with them I went in to cancel one of my cell phones. The lady said she had canceled it and then I had a gut feeling that she hadn’t so I called the 611 number and sure enough she hadn’t canceled anything so if I hadn’t have called and checked I would’ve still been paying for a phone I was no longer needing DO BETTER CSPIRE YALL LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER

These people were not courteous. I am a state employee I have to be kind and courtesy to every person who comes in the ER. I was honestly in a rush, but not rushing anyone specifically. This group stood and made jokes and conversations with a former co worker from waynesboro. Who happened to be in town so stopped by to chat. While these people are working. Thats how long their conversation went on while I was in a rush to get help, I could tell you most of the conversation because I got more angry the longer I sat there. KHADIJAH WAS AMAZING!! SHE SAW MY ANGER AND IMMEDIATELY CAME TO ASK HAVE I BEEN HELPED AND SHE ALSO HELPED ME GET A PHONE. I am with at&t but I will now be moving to cspire after her amazing customers service!!! 10/10 for KHADIJAH!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about my customer service experience at Cspire in laurel . Britney Parker was the person that helped me . She was so patient and had alot of knowledge about the products I purchased . I definitely will continue to use Cspire .
