I found a fraudulent charge on my account and immediately went to the app to file a report. After long navigations, I did not find it. I went to the website on my laptop and after a long search of jumping web pages, I found a place to send a report. I'm not even sure if that is the right place. I opened this account to have a local bank, after this I plan to close the account and find a more secure and helpful bank. I literally had to take off work to go by and change my mailing address. I was there for all of 10 minutes to sign that I want to change my address. It appears that this bank is more of a hassle to get things done than the benefit of it being a local bank. I'm searching now for a better local option.
