The Hampton Inn & Suites in Laurel offers friendly and pleasant staff, with excellent customer service. The rooms are generally described as very clean, spacious, and updated, with some noting they are definitely 2-star. Beds receive mixed reviews, from soft-medium and comfortable to horrible and not comfortable. Some guests noted the AC had a mildew smell and limited drawer space. The bathrooms have big shampoo and shower gel bottles and great water pressure. The complimentary breakfast is basic but satisfying and very good, with items like golden waffles and bacon. The location is in town, close to shops and restaurants, with easy access and plenty of parking. It is considered a very nice, quiet, and clean place to stay, with many guests indicating they would return.

Really clean and nice hotel. Looks new. Our room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful stay and the customer service at the front desk was so friendly. Great southern hospitality. They were above and beyond to help us with any need.
