Customer service is terrible. You will be required to sign a waiver when leaving your bike for service work. You will sign that you(your insurance) is responsible for anything that happens to your bike while in their possession including damage by their technicians. Owner Randy Holmes doesn’t have time to speak with customers. Please save yourself the headache and go to Hattiesburg Sports Center. You will not sign a waiver there and will receive professional services. Also I was told since I bought my bike new at Laurel Honda my first service would receive a 25% discount. There was no discount given. I would give less than 1 star but no option for less.

After shopping all around the coast I finally landed on Honda of Laurel. Customer service is great and the prices couldn’t be beat. Don’t waste your time anywhere else…. Go see Dennis and he will treat you right.
