This is probably one of the worst communication experiences I've had with a dealer so far.The process of selling our car was easy (only reason this isn't a one star). We sold our car to this Kia dealership on July 6th and it was a lease-end situation and it took maybe an hour and a half. We were told our payment check would be coming in around two-three weeks time and they would give us a call when that happened. Over a month goes by and nothing.I called on August 12th to get an update, and was told to call back Monday. I called back Monday, got bounced around on hold for 30mins then was hung up on. I called again and was sent to voicemail. I've called 2-4 times everyday since then with similar results. I've left 6 voicemails/messages (three at the front desk, one with the customer service rep and one with both sales managers) and have not gotten a callback from anyone. We live about an hour away but I'm guessing I'll have to make the drive to find someone in person this weekend just to get some answers.

Easiest dealing I've had with a dealership! Tori was wonderful to work with. Did not feel pressured at all and she worked hard to get me the exact car I wanted. She even came in on her day off so I could pick up the car that day. Very impressed with this dealership...highly recommend!!!

Fairly quick for oil change and tire rotation. Changed out wiper blades, which I forgot to ask them to check. Even pulled my car to the entrance so my disabled passenger would not have as far to walk. Great service

The Worst dealership ever!!! They lie to get you there. I called several times to ask about 2018 mustang Mrs B said O yes it’s available come on down. My family and I drove 3 hours to get there and to say o we don’t have that one but we have a 2020 for 32,000 really. If I want a 2020 I would have told you that’s what I wanted. Long story short beware of the get you to the lot game they running. You clowns

The service department at Kia of Laurel is a joke. Twice I’ve had my car here for lack of a better local option, and each time my vehicle has been in their possession for a full month for a fix that would usually take an open afternoon with one technician.This past visit was the most ridiculous. I was told an incorrect diagnosis of my vehicle’s check engine light (that it read codes for an engine recall) 2 days after I dropped it off. No loaners were offered or available. I waited a month, expecting it to take a while and decided to call. I was told my vehicle was yet to be diagnosed. After pushing back and saying it WAS diagnosed 2 days after I dropped it off, they back tracked and said a new engine had been ordered and I should expect it to be there for at least 7 more days. 5 days later I get a call and was told they had confused me with another customer and my car was ready to be picked up. All it needed was a knock sensor replacement, not an engine. Then what was I waiting so long for?!All in all, the service staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, doesn’t bother keeping any open lines of communication with their customers, and are in no hurry to help get your car back on the road. I know employees and mechanics are hard to come by nowadays, but that is not an excuse for poor attitude and communication.I will be more inclined to physically push my vehicle to Hattiesburg Kia from now on than to ever step foot on their property ever again, and I suggest anyone with a Kia in Laurel do the same.
