I hate to leave negative reviews but maybe this will get the attention of the service department and GM. I contacted James in service first part of November about a nissian pathfinder. He said have to towed and they would get it in. 4 weeks later it’s still sitting in the same spot my tow guy left it. I’ve called 16 times since with no response or resolution. If I knew it would be like this I would’ve took it to another Nissian dealer.

When I visited Nissan of Laurel, my sales lady Q, yes this is her name, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. She was easy to talk to and very friendly. There was no pressure from her at all in buying my 2025 Nissan Pathfinder. This was the best experience I have EVER had buying a vehicle. I will definitely buy from Q again. If you are looking, it is well worth your time to go see Cannon of Laurel and make sure you go see Q.
